1. When will my order arrive?

Orders normally dispatch within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Transit generally takes 20–45 calendar days after dispatch, separate from processing. Contact us if your order exceeds the stated delivery window.

2. Is standard shipping free, and are taxes covered?

Standard shipping is free when your merchandise subtotal exceeds US$30 after discounts. For US$30 or less, shipping charges appear at checkout.

Applicable taxes and import charges are included in the disclosed total or covered by us. Contact us if a carrier unexpectedly requests tax or customs payment.

3. How can I get my tracking number?

After dispatch, email djibasseinghi0@outlook.com with your order number and checkout email address. We will provide available tracking details. Carrier updates may take time to appear.

4. What are your return and refund arrangements?

Request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. We provide a prepaid label or another free return arrangement and do not charge restocking fees.

Refunds generally reach the original payment account within 3–7 business days after issuance, depending on the payment provider. Statutory rights and mandatory refund deadlines remain applicable.

5. What happens if my parcel is lost or my purchase arrives damaged?

For a lost shipment, we arrange a free replacement or refund, according to your preference and availability. For damaged, defective, or incorrect goods, we provide an appropriate remedy and cover related shipping costs. Photographs are helpful if reasonably available.
